
Addamegh One is a mobile HR self-service application for Addamegh Group employees. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Information We Collect: Employee profile details (name, ID, department, designation), GPS location during attendance check-in/out and movement tracking, device details for push notifications, and HR data such as leave requests, payslips, and attendance records.
How We Use It: To authenticate you securely, verify office attendance via location, track work-related travel, send HR notifications, and display your payroll and leave information.
Data Security: All data is stored on Addamegh Group's secure Odoo server and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not share your data with third parties.
Third-Party Services: Firebase (Google) for push notifications, and Google Maps for location services.
Data Retention: Data is retained while your employment is active, following Addamegh Group's HR policies.
Your Rights: Contact your HR department to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Children: This app is for employees only and not intended for anyone under 18.
