Addamegh One is a mobile HR self-service application for Addamegh Group employees. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Information We Collect: Employee profile details (name, ID, department, designation); precise GPS location — including in the background, even when the app is closed or not in use — during attendance check-in/out and during active movement-tracking sessions; device details (such as device model and push notification token); and HR data such as leave requests, payslips, and attendance records.

Background Location: When you start a movement-tracking session, the app collects your precise location in the background — including when the app is closed or not in use — to record movement, speed, and trip distance for operational reporting. Background location is collected only during a session you explicitly start, and it stops when you tap "Stop Tracking".

How We Use It: To authenticate you securely, verify office attendance via location, track work-related travel during movement sessions (including while the app runs in the background), send HR notifications, and display your payroll and leave information.

Data Security: All data is stored on Addamegh Group's secure Odoo server and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Third-Party Services: We use service providers that process data on our behalf — Firebase (Google) for push notifications and Google Play Services for location.

Data Retention: Data is retained while your employment is active, following Addamegh Group's HR policies.

Your Rights: You can contact your HR department to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Children: This app is for employees only and is not intended for anyone under 18.
